I am a 500hrs Registered Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher. I completed my training in Ashtanga Vinyasa in Rishikesh, India, along with a Thai Massage course and two Vipassana Meditation courses. I have been teaching for the past year while traveling through India, Sri Lanka, Bali, and Greece I mainly teach Ashtanga Vinyasa, Haha, Yin/ Restorative, Pranayama, Meditation and can teach both in English and Italian as I am Italian of origin but lived in the US for 10 years. I have worked in 5* Luxury Hotels (most recently for Dorchester Collection in Rome) as a Sales Manager until one year and half ago, when I shifted my career path to follow my passion for yoga and holistic therapies. Currently living in Umbria, but available for online classes I love sharing my practice with anyone interested, from beginners, to regular practitioners Let's flow together and feel better.
