Responsible for product branding, positioning and overall marketing strategies for mobile games, working with the functional teams in publishing – creative services, strategic channel marketing, community, analytics, and user acquisition
• Create and own the product go-to-market plans for products, outlining KPIs, and integrated marketing plan for managing mobile free to play games
• Forecasting targets: drives input on KPI targets for user acquisition, engagement and retention
• Author mobile brand briefs and provide consumer, category, and brand direction to the studio, marketing, and community teams to maintain 360-degree marketing consistency across all games, platforms and channels
• Drive the product marketing strategy, from the design and creative process to implementation across all touch-points, ongoing management of campaigns and promotions and optimization based on analysis
• Develop marketing calendar and go-to market strategies behind mobile free-to-play games
• Regularly present and report to studio leadership and stakeholders on marketing strategies, plans and findings
• Work closely with Google / Apple partners to drive promotional strategy and featuring opportunities
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across studio and publisher groups
• Deliver ongoing product marketing analysis, making recommendations to continually refine marketing strategies around user acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Conduct Market Research as necessary
• Help define and maintain the marketing checklist.

• Communicating, liaising and negotiating with different business functions - in particular Product Merchandising, Planning and Trading, Retail, Distribution Centre, IT, Marketing and Finance
• Work with the Digital and Commercial Directors to provide long & short term sales forecasts for all e-commerce channels that are driven by budgeted acquisition and marketing strategies
• Provide the distribution centre with long & short term order/unit forecasts to ensure the correct allocation of resource
• Optimise sales through effective range planning taking into account and constantly reviewing category growth opportunities, trends, life of a line KPIs and size curves
• Accountable for day-to-day trading / merchandising on the .com product list pages, ensuring product positioning drives commercial targets whilst correctly representing the brand
• Ensure that promotional activity is aligned across all channels/internationally and that the sales, profit and stock implications are forecast and tracked
• Actively provide reporting on all web sales and stock for Worldwide, International and Host Ecommerce channels
• Work with the Acquisition and Marketing Managers to ensure that the product/range/trading strategies are supported by the acquisition/marketing strategy for all trafficked channels - including SEO, PPC, Affiliates, retargeting and digital advertising
• Ownership of on-site search, with responsibility to analyse usage, disseminate insight to the wider Digital team and optimise the tool
• Collaborate with the Digital team on optimising the website customer experience / journey, feeding into decisions on content, functionality and layout across the site (e.g. homepage, navigation, PDP)
• Collaborate with the CRM Manager, feeding into the CRM strategy, email planning and segmentation / personalisation from a stock and product perspective
