After almost two years of experience as a practicing lawyer at the law firm “Bodo – Carota” of Bologna, which mainly works in the commercial and bankruptcy field, I worked for 3 years at the S.I.A.E. of Chieti.
In the law firm I came into contact with large professional realities being, this, the only external law firm of Telecom Italia s.p.a for the area Emilia Romagna, Marche and Veneto.
This implies having dealt directly with all the scope of supply contracts (both those stipulated between Telecom and its larger customers and those stipulated by the same with the smallest consumer), supported by numerous lawyers in the more complex and high value cases.
In the case of smaller consumers, however, I have personally done multiple negotiations at the regional headquarters of Co.Re.Com (such attempts at conciliation are mandatory by law for a possible ordinary court case).
The above gave me the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills and competences ranging from the analysis of laws, and regulations and the consequent drafting of opinions, deeds and contracts, as well as having learned to negotiate in the practices of my exclusive competence .
In the S.I.A.E., however, I measured myself with a totally different environment and tasks, under the direct dependencies of the Assignee.
Being the only referent agency for eleven municipalities in the province of Chieti, here too I have tested with realities ranging from the largest and most complex as can be the stipulation of contracts for the use of music during concerts and festivals, to those smaller as contracts for using music in clubs like pubs or restaurants.
Furthermore the S.I.A.E. has agreements with the Agenzia delle Entrate from which it receives a delegated tax and fiscal control for some types of companies such as the a.s.d.
This led me to deepen the tax subject beyond that of copyright and in general of intellectual works.
Apart from my ability to oversee all legal procedures, I am also fully competent in analysing complex legal situations or problems and then presenting sound opinions both orally and in writing.
I thrive on being on the front line and am fully confident in my ability to handle complex legal issues, communicates legal opinions, prepare legal documents and make informed decisions.
There is nothing I cannot or will not do to ensure that my clients get the best possible legal advice and representation.
My short professional history shows how an extremely flexible and open person I am, ready to quickly learn new disciplines and professions and with a constant desire to learn.
My sport and cultural life confirms it, having played soccer in Pescara's youth soccer, swimming for 4 years and now Crossfit 3. Also I played for a long time the electric guitar being also very fond of music.
Currently I am actively looking for a new job opportunity that allows me to grow and get to know a different reality from those in which I have been until now.
