Hello, I am Jenny. I am a native English speaker and have been teaching English for the past five years. I have a Master’s degree in Neuropsychology and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Science. I am also TEFL qualified. I am currently undertaking a Postgraduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) with the University of Cumbria (UK), which is enhancing my knowledge in the field of education. Furthermore, it is helping me to employ useful learning strategies in my lessons. I have taught people from many different backgrounds and I enjoy tailoring my lessons to the individual requirements of the student, in order to provide a unique learning experience. This comprises focusing on a range of areas, including speaking, grammar, writing and presentations to work towards achieving students' goals in English. I have a friendly and relatable teaching style, which helps students to feel comfortable and allows them to improve their self-confidence in English. My teaching philosophy is to promote a growth-mindset in the classroom, to encourage students to be pro-active and overcome learning challenges together
