Motivated and hard-working personal trainer with 3+ years of extensive experience in developing workout and nutrition plans. Obtained the international certificate of fitness from the Europe Active institute as well as the bodybuilding certificate from the Iran Federation with excellent knowledge of anatomy, nutrition principles, physiology, exercise systems, professional training techniques and supplements. I use my knowledge and skills to provide my trainees with workout and nutrition plans based on my knowledge of anatomy and nutrition. Also, I am enthusiastic about increasing my experience and learning new skills in my field, thus, I have chosen Food and Health area for continuing my education in the master.
