Born at home in Calcata in 1984, in 2006 he moved to Naples where he started out as an apprentice in a photo printing shop and in the Canon Regional Competence Centre for southern Italy "Camera Service Italia". In the space of a few years, he began working with various photographic studios in Naples, Rome and Milan, alongside important professional photographers and agencies in the fields of fashion, advertising, cinema and the wedding industry.
The wide variety of experience gained in different working environments allowed him to acquire diverse technical and artistic skills, also in the fields of photo-editing and printing, enabling him to offer a full range of photographic services. His experience as an assistant photographer allowed him to meet successful professionals and learn those little tricks that are unique in allowing the photographer to enrich his photographic culture and knowledge.
From minor local productions, he quickly progressed to campaigns for big names such as Bulgari , Valentino, Fendi, Armani, Alta Roma, Vogue, Vanity Fair, GQ, Lottomatica, Tim, Wind, Ferrarelle, Peugeot, Enel, Poste Italiane, Calcio Napoli, working as assistant photographer for Fabrizio Ferri, Bruna Rotunno, Jay Clark, Van Mossevelde + N, Riccardo Bagnoli/ as backstage photographer, lighting technician and set designer, realising covers, advertising campaigns, music videos, look books and fashion shows, collaborating with different ADV and production agencies, such as Mandala Creative Prodution, Allucinazione, Contents, J. Walter Thomson, Think Cattleya, Diego Santangelo Studios, Palazzi & Gas, Next S.p.a.
In 2009, he started his freelance career.
Once more, his eclecticism led him to embrace different types of collaboration in various sectors: as a photographer, he realised fashion and advertising campaigns; as a stills photographer, he worked on the sets of short movies, music videos, events and concerts.
Despite his heavy workload, he still manages to follow his greatest passion, reportage photography, breathing life into his own documentaries and artistic projects.
