Hi. I’m a young Italian chef, after I graduated in economy and management I choose to follow my passion. I’m from Naples, I’m 25 years old and since I was at university, when I wasn’t studying for my exams, during my free time I used to plan cooking events and worked in different restaurants. I wish my cooking can be known in the world; not only the Italian cooking but in particular the Neapolitan one through cooking shows, cooking classes and events. I want to do this because I do care about my traditions that I would love to share with the rest of the world.
