I am a specialist in contemporary Latin American Literatures, with 18 years of experience doing research and teaching at the University of Puerto Rico. I have several published books in two facets: as a scholar and as a creative writer. I have experience in translation. Have taught translation at the University level, am a native Spanish speaker and am experienced in teaching language at various levels, having always received great evaluations as a teacher. I have taught at New York University, Stanford Univesity, University of Binghamton New York and the Fashion Institute of Technology, also in New York City. I am pursuing a Masters in Translation Studies to build a stronger CV. I am available for language classes or translation nearby Verona.
