I currently work as Assistant Housekeeping Manager for Carnival Cruise Line. I stared 2 years ago and now I am responsible of Open decks, crew areas, public areas, spa and staterooms cleanliness; follow up with all jobs assigned to team members, including job quality and productivity; plan, organize, develop and motivate team members, ensure that all information, training schedules and special requirements are passed on respective team members; train new team members on assigned tasks, proper handling and use of chemicals, safety and garbage management programs implemented by the company. I am experienced to work with people of different ages and nationalities; coorporative & communicative; bringing the positivity to my working environmental. I am focused on achieving goals; initiative when it comes to the projects and studying rules and procedures; challenge myself with the tasks that improve my performance; result orientated; responsible & persistent; capable to work under the pressure.
