I am an enthusiastic and experienced Teacher/Instructor of Classical Studies, currently based in Italy, capable of teaching Latin, Classical Greek, Ancient History, and Italian at all levels. I have a high level of knowledge and understanding of my subject area and endeavor every lesson to communicate this enthusiastically to my students. While completing my Ph.D. in Ancient History at Newcastle University, I also taught seminars for the Department of History, Classics, and Archaeology and assisted in providing student support, course assessments, independent study supervision, and exam invigilation. I pride myself on being able to provide individualized support for my students in terms of both teaching and pastoral care, and therefore would welcome the opportunity to take on a pastoral role as a tutor.
