I am Inge, a 33 years old Dutch woman. Since 2012, I live in Milan where I happily work as a freelance project manager on the organisation of cultural events and activities related to food and (green) cities. As Food in the Streets I work on projects that range from the organisation of food-related trips to Milan to masterclasses and from guided visits to thematic-evenings with the goal to strengthen relations between the guests.

In my daily work I like to have clear objectives, although I am not afraid to change them when it turns out to contribute positively to the final result. I work best in smaller groups or companies in which communication is personal and immediate. Collaboration with other professionals is a pro and networking and/or bringing the right people together is something that I do naturally. In case of unexpected disappointments I react solution orientated, thereby supported by the fact that I’ve a creative mind. I feel most comfortable with being honest, trying to find a feasible solution in case this considers negative comments towards others. Both in my professional as in my personal life I am serious and disciplined which means that you can trust that my work will be done.

Besides Food in the Streets, I also work on the business development of ZUP - the recipe for change and am a co-founder of ROOFmatters, a collaboration that promotes and coordinates the realization of green, productive roofs. Food in the Streets è stata fondata in 2010 dall’architetto olandese Inge de Boer. Da quattro anni lavora come project manager di progetti culturali a Milano. Ha creato tra questi l’Old Milano Food Tour nel 2014/2015, di cui ne è ancora il project manager e guida per le visite in inglese, olandese e italiano. Negli ultimi anni è anche stata responsabile per il Visitors Experience in Expo Milano 2015 e ha co-organizzato ROOFdinners, un seminario sulla realizzazione dei tetti verdi intensivi.

Organizzazione di eventi culturali legato al cibo, la sostenibilità e/o la città, per esempio business trips, cene tematiche, visite a negozi e cascine, ecc. Idealizzazione e realizzazione di progetti e piccole ricerche.
